I thought some on the list would be interested in the Text Analytics
Summits -- in Amsterdam April 26-27 and in Boston June 12-13.  Visit

The programs will cover NLP, information extraction, visualization, search
enhancement, and related technologies as well as applications: mining
scientific and biomedical literature, customer relationship management
(CRM), intelligence, law enforcement, call centers, survey analysis,
feedback management, Web mining, etc.  There'll be great vendor and user
presentations and a vendor exhibit area.

I'm summit chair but don't have a financial interest in registrations.
I'd just like as many people as possible to attend what should be great
programs.  You can download a white paper I wrote on European Text
Analytics from the European summit site and I'm working on another that
will be available on-line soon, titled What's Next for Text, for the
American summit.
