About our speakers:

Mary Lee Jensen has been involved in academic librarianship since the early
1980s when she received her MS in Library Science from Drexel University.
She has been coordinating library instruction at Kent State University since
August 2004.  Prior to that, she worked at Lakeland Community College and in
the social work library of Case Western Reserve University.  Mary Lee has
been interested in developing ways in which information literacy can be
integrated into the curriculum and is also interested in assessment issues.
She enjoys teaching and the opportunity to help students learn.

Tom Edwards is the Map Librarian in the History & Geography Department at
Cleveland Public Library. He has previous experience in the Government
Documents Department and managed in Neighborhood Branches for Cleveland
Public Library. He is also currently enrolled in the Cleveland State
University School of Urban Studies Certification Program for GIS.
