Dear colleague,

On behalf of the BOBCATSSS 2006 Copenhagen-Tallinn team, I would like to
invite you to the BOBCATSSS 2006 Symposium "Information. Innovation.
Responsibility: Information Professional in the Network Society". The
symposium will take place on 30th January - 1st February, 2006 in Tallinn,
Estonia.

BOBCATSSS is an annual symposium organised by students at a number of
universities in Europe. The Symposium is unique that teams of students of
library and information science from two universities in Europe plan and
realise both the content and the management of the symposium as a part of
their studies. Every year two universities organise the symposium. The
universities have in common that they educate in the field of Library and
Information Education and Research under the umbrella of EUCLID (European
Association for Library and Information Education and Research).
BOBCATSSS 2006 is organized by the Royal School of Library and Information
Science (Denmark) and the Department of Information Studies of Tallinn
University (Estonia).

Target groups of the BOBCATSSS-Symposiums are information specialists,
students, professors in the field of Library and Information Education and
Research and employees of libraries and information departments. Thus,
library and information professionals, teachers as well as students are
invited to present a paper in the Symposium or to organize a workshop.
BOBCATSSS 2006 will offer various technological tools for participation in
addition to face-to-face possibilities: videoconferencing and video
