Generation"
Thursday, May 12, 2005
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Please join us as we connect with colleagues at Buca di Beppo Restaurant
to share immigrant southern Italian cooking served family-style and
learn how to work with people of different ages!

Our guest speakers will be Megan Palmer, Ph.D., Instructional Design
Specialist at the IUPUI Center for Teaching and Learning and Terri A.
Tarr, Ph.D., Director, Instructional Design and Development, IUPUI
Center for Teaching and Learning.

*** Program Abstract ***
For the youngest members of the workforce (people born starting in
1980), the Energizer bunny has always been going, and going, and going
and politicians have always used rock music for theme songs. The
millennial generation is hitting the workplace with experiences and

session, participants will discuss generational differences, what
motivates millennials, and tips for effectively working with the next
generation.
