Workshop "Managing and Working in the Collaborative Environment:
Techniques & Technology to Make Collaborations
Easier"
Collaboration isn't just a great idea, many organizations now find it
both a cultural and fiscal necessity. However, it takes more than good
intentions to make sure that collaboration succeeds. Dr. Stansbury's
workshop features strategies and techniques that increase success in the
collaborative environment. Materials will be presented in a variety of
ways, including hands-on exercises, plus both high-tech and low-tech
tools to increase effectiveness in the collaborative environment.
