The recently released issue of First Monday (9:7, 5 July 2004) carries an 
article by Jim Ellison on "Assessing the accessibility of fifty United 
States government Web pages: Using Bobby to check on Uncle Sam."

Jim is a recent MLIS graduate of Kent State Univeristy, and the article is 
derived from his Master's Research Paper.
