NOTICE: NFAIS Humanities Roundtable - Free Seminar

Due to the success of the initial NFAIS Humanities Roundtable held in 2002,
a second NFAIS Humanities Roundtable, sponsored through the generosity of
the American Theological Library Association (ATLA) and the J. Paul Getty
Trust, has been scheduled as noted below.  This is a free seminar, but space
is limited, so if you plan to attend, please register soon.  Feel free to
share this invitation with your colleagues.

Registration:    Free (includes breaks and lunch) - thanks to ATLA and The
J. Paul Getty Trust

Topics:       Humanities Databases and Standards for Linking; the Open URL -
current status; automated indexing in the humanities (overview, processes,
and a case study); and database distribution and issues in developing
countries.
Plus two hours of roundtable discussion on issues submitted by meeting
attendees.
