This hands-on workshop is designed for managers who want to walk away with
specific skills that will help them create a better team atmosphere in the
workplace.  This includes defining teamwork standards, examining critical
team communication skills such as listening and giving feedback, and
understanding team roles.  This workshop will also give participants tolls
to teach employees how to keep people form pushing their buttons, how to
individually and collectively choose the attitude they want to portray, and
how to remove barriers to creative and innovative thinking.  The all-day
workshop will be facilitated by Dr. DeAnn Gehlauf, who has over 10 years of
consulting experience.
