[Asis-l] Project INISS report

Some colleagues have picked up from the ir-discuss mailing list that I am in 
the process of putting the long out-of-print report on Project INISS, "You can 
observe a lot..." (1980) by David Streatfield and myself on the 
InformationR.net Website.  Scanning and then coding takes time and I am now up 
to page 83 (out of 157). However, this means that quite a chunk is now 
available.
