The editors (see below) of _Government Information Quarterly:  An
International Journal of Information Technology Management, Policies, and
Practices_ are pleased to announce the release of Volume 20, number 1
(2003). The issue contains a number of articles related to aspects of
e-government from an international perspective, policy issues emanating from
the Patriot Act, government manager decision making, and a number of
reviews.

Government Information Quarterly is a quarterly publication of Elsevier
