The Ohio Dinners For Spectrum will take place March 18.   For information
about the dinner, and to register see http://oclc.org/institute/spectrum

The Spectrum Initiative's major drive is to recruit applicants and award
scholarships to African American, Latino/Hispanic, Asian/Pacific Islander,
and Native American/Alaskan Native students for graduate programs in library
and information studies.     Its mission is: 

"Improving service at the local level through the development of a
representative workforce that reflects the communities
served by all libraries in the new millennium."

All proceeds from the Ohio Dinner go to the scholarship fund.  It is
sponsored by:
