apply their specialist knowledge to the past and future of culture 
and heritage on-line, and reflect on three days of papers and 
discussions with colleagues from over 35 countries.

As well as the plenary session, MW2003 will feature eighteen parallel 
sessions, 60 museum project demonstrations, dozens of commercial 
exhibits, seven full-day and 6 half-day pre-conference workshops, and 
ten one-hour mini-workshops combined with a day long usability lab, a 
day long design "crit room", and the Best of the Web awards. All 
papers presented at MW2003 are peer reviewed. See

Pre-conference workshops include seven full-day and six half-day 
workshops will be given by leaders in the museum computing field.
