Hello everyone -- The Watson Davis Award recognizes someone "who has shown
continuous dedicated service to the membership through active participation
in and support of ASIST programs, chapters, SIGs, committees, and
publications."

It's not difficult to nominate someone for the Watson Davis, one of the
Society's most prestigious awards, and the results are worth the effort --
the winners I've known all tell me winning the Award was one of their
proudest moments!

To nominate someone, just write a letter of nomination, develop a list of
the nominee's contributions to the Society (Headquarters can help), and
round up a few good letters of support. Full particulars are available at
<http://www.asis.org/awards/davis.htm>. Send the whole package to HQ by
July 15.

Please take this opportunity to let someone who's done a lot for ASIST know
how much he or she is appreciated!
