The Northern Virginia/Fairfax Chapter of ARMA, Intl. invites you to a
one-day seminar designed to help you "Sort Out the Ms."

Join a group of information professionals as they help us understand the
domains, technologies, and relationships among Content Management, Document
and Data Management, Information Management, Knowledge Management, and
Records Management.  The management of enterprise information resources,
digital and physical, is becoming more fragmented and confusing for
information professionals.  This seminar is intended to help us understand
which "M" is most appropriate to satisfying particular information
requirements and how it relates to other "Ms."

Our speakers include six experts from the fields of records management, web
design, e-commerce and e-government, information technology, document and
database management, library science and services, program management,
knowledge management and imaging technologies, strategic information
management, vital records and disaster recovery, and electronic records
management.

Our speakers are Edward Arnold, former Deputy Director of Army Records and
senior records management policy official; Jon Barrett, Program Manager for
Hummingbird's US Federal Division; Carolyn Offutt, Webmaster, EPA's Office
of Emergency & Remedial Response; Christopher J. Olsen, CRM, senior manager
of CIA's records management program; Catherine Teti, Knowledge Services
