[Asis-l] SIG STI - SIG of the Year!

Congrats to STI!
We don't share the Award. This year there were exceptionally, and for
the 1st time, 2 winners. I assume they both desserved a "full" award.
Because yes, it represents hard work.
But hum, SIG/III makes it for the 3rd year in a row. What no SIG ever
managed to accomplish.
