About Our Speaker:

Steve Krug, Advanced Common Sense

For years (starting in 1987), usability expert Steve Krug labored in pleasant obscurity, helping clients like AOL, Apple, Netscape, Symantec, and Excite at Home develop products and Web sites that ordinary human beings could use. But since the publication of his highly-praised book, Don't Make Me Think! A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability (New Riders, 2000), he's had to settle for relative obscurity. Nowadays he spends most of his time doing expert usability reviews of Web sites and sites-in-progress, lecturing, and conducting usability workshops. His consulting firm, Advanced Common Sense ("just me and a few well-placed mirrors") is based in Chestnut Hill, MA and online at www.sensible.com.

Choice of Dinner Entrée:

Herb Crusted Tenderloin of Beef with Shiitake Mushroom & Madeira Demi-Glace; or
Grilled Vegetable Ravioli Served on a Bed of Braising Greens with Fresh Plum Tomato Sauce (Vegetarian)

Registration is by US Mail only. Payment may be made by check or credit card.

Registrations are limited to 40 people and will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
