[Asia-pacific-chap-plan] [Action Needed] Petition, Volunteers, and Bylaws

Hi Songphan and other list members

1) I have a few suggestions as to the proposed bylaws, based on what some
other chapters do (particular Europe's bylaws, which are extended from the
ASIS&T models). It is possible that some of these have already been
discussed earlier, but I do think there are some inclusions we need for the
nature of this particular chapter given its potential size.

Please see marked up changes in the attached for your consideration.

2) Do we have from ASIS&T an indication of the number of members who are
within the Asia Pacific region ?
