Hello, Songphan and the rest of the email list!

Well done!  Your Bylaws are fine!  I have three very minor changes to recommend:

*	Article IV, Section 4: I recommend changing that final phrase to "... resignation, death or incapacitation of the Chair."  Rationale: this will cover you in the unlikely event that the Chair suffers an illness or accident which leaves the Chair alive, but unable to discharge his/her duties.  (I think the Model Bylaws need to be updated to reflect this idea, too.)  
*	Article IV, Section 8: I recommend changing the initial phrase to "In the event of the resignation, death or incapacitation of a Chapter officer other than the Chair..."  The rationale is the same as above.  
*	Article VII, Section 2: I recommend changing the phrase "... as provided in Article IV, Section 5." to "...as provided in Article IV, Section 6."  Rationale: this reflects the numbering change you've made in your Bylaws.  

With these changes in place, I approve the Asia Pacific Chapter's Bylaws.

I approve your application as well.  

Your list of interim officers doesn't need my approval, but it looks fine to me.  

Dick, can we get this to the Board of Directors for its approval?
